Alternative Education, Employability & Youth Development Programmes
in Swindon & Wiltshire

For ten years, we’ve worked with young people aged 5 to 24 who find mainstream education, or the step into work, hard going. Through alternative provision, therapeutic mentoring, personalised tutoring, vocational learning and enterprise projects, we help them build confidence, gain qualifications and take their next step into education, training, work or a business of their own.

Ten years of getting
young people back
on track

We’re specialists in alternative provision, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) support and employability. Our approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, and every programme is built around what the young person is interested in, because that’s what gets them through the door and keeps them coming back.

We bring business and education experience together, so young people learn by doing. They run real enterprises, sell at our fayres, meet local employers and work towards recognised qualifications along the way.

Who we work with

We work alongside everyone supporting a young person, so the right help arrives sooner. Schools, colleges and local authorities refer to us for alternative provision, mentoring and tutoring, and we run enterprise and employability workshops in schools too.
